Thursday’s match against Skyline was a sight to see! The Murray girls beat this first place team 5-4 in overtime, claiming their spot at the top of division 6.

They’ve had a good season so far having lost only one game to Skyline, the previous champions. Finding themselves the new leaders they are determined to work harder than before and keep their ranking.

“The season is going well. We have a good chance of going to regionals and then state,” said junior Shelese Evertsen.

Will Murray finally make it to state? That’s question everyone is asking themselves as the girls continue to play as hard as they work.

Murray’s next home game is tomorrow at 3:30 against Hillcrest. So if you can let’s go and show our girls the support they deserve!
